The Chef Emiliano creates his courses following granny Annetta’s recipes, a sweet lady who once lived in the old farmhouse. These recipes have been jealously kept by the lady herself, and then they have been given to the young owners.

Granny Annetta used to write every recipe according to the seasons, and today we still can taste this authenticity in every food of the restaurant. She handed on her skill and experience, and her cuisine made our mouths watering both when we were kids, and still today.

Her cooking art is the result of a humble and patient work, transforming land products into real masterpieces…
